Yes — every crew member is released for one assigned session based on the serving schedule. You can share a preference, but specific sessions aren’t guaranteed.
You can share preferences and request to serve with people you know, but assignments are based on need — and everyone applies individually.
Your full assigned schedule — training, early arrival, setup or teardown, and serving during sessions. We’ll send your complete schedule before Con.
Meals or snacks are covered during your serving times. Travel, lodging, parking, and everything else is on you.
